Thrums: Preparing and Knitting

I’m teaching an online class of the CADEAUTJE slippers by Ysolda Teague. These are thrummed slippers that involve preparing and knitting wisps of fiber into the fabric of the slippers to provide insulation.

This video shows how to prepare the fiber for thrummed knitting and how to knit the thrums into the fabric.
